1. Acceptance and scope
By creating an account, accessing Dearshot, or using shared albums, you agree to these Terms and to the Dearshot Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must use Dearshot with a valid Google account and keep your credentials and connected services secure. You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account.
3. Service description
Dearshot helps you create private or shared albums, organize moments, and keep media in your own Google Drive. Features, limits, and interface details may evolve over time.
4. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, album data, and other content you upload or organize through Dearshot. Dearshot does not claim ownership of your content, but it needs limited rights to process related metadata and operate the service.
5. Sharing and invitations
If you invite other people to an album or share access, you are responsible for choosing recipients, reviewing permissions, and understanding that anyone you authorize may be able to view or contribute according to the role assigned.
6. Google Drive integration
Dearshot depends on your Google account and Google Drive permissions to store and organize content. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, the security of your Google account, and any changes made in Google Drive that affect availability or sharing.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Dearshot to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, abuse invitations or collaboration features, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Dearshot available, secure, and reliable, but the service may be interrupted or limited due to maintenance, security work, third-party failures, or product changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, legal risk, security risk, or a violation of these Terms. You may stop using Dearshot at any time and disconnect Dearshot from your Google account.
10. Warranties and limitation of liability
Dearshot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Dearshot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, misuse of shared links, or compromised account credentials.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
